2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@resumeai.in with your registered email address and payment details. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made after 7 days of payment
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Partial months on monthly subscriptions after the 7-day window

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 7-day guarantee window.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
